Personal Project (Memory)

These images were submitted for my personal project. I challenged myself to recapture memory and go back o places from my past that I have not seen in months, quite possibly years. My initial thoughts were that I would capture some nostalgic shots. More than nostalgia hit me when I visited some of these places. All were plagued by rust from age and decay from people and weather that took tole on what I remembered. Although this was expected, I was a little blown away by how much certain things have changed, nonetheless I did my best to recreate and in reimagine what these places were to me.

Texture

These images focus on texture and how it's everywhere in life, especially in nature.

Motion

This post is really late. But these are my Motion images taken in October. The motivation for these was to catch people doing everyday things with various motion.

I had a bit of trouble when it came to these multiple exposure images. Not really in the creative side of things as much as in the technical side. But once that was taken care of, the creativity could flow onto the page and voila!
