These images were taken in each of the WB (White Balances) on my camera. In order of appearance, you have Daylight, Shade, Cloudy, White Fluorescent, and Tungsten light. All taken at 1/25 of a sec. with a 9.0 focal focal stop. I wanted to get an image that would stand out in each WB, the shuttle differences in each shot are seen and bring a different feeling to the same image.

With these images, I focused on light. specifically manipulating the shadows so that the light was appreciated more. Either with the light far in the distance, full on in the shot or hidden in the blur behind the subject I wanted to see how I could make light do different things and become more of a backdrop to the image.

Natural Nature
These were candid shots taken of different angles of nature on the Hill District. These shots are meant to show you a range of emotions and make you think about how essential and available nature is to us. Technically, these shots were all taken mostly with a mid range shutter speed but shutter speed and aperture changed according to light in the space. Subjectively, The focus was always on nature and how to make it stand out.

These images are my top three from the photo shoot on the "Hill District". These images technically were taken with one image in focus and edited to bring out the color that I saw when I took it. Subjectively I wanted to use this shoot to show sides and angles of the Hill that people don't usually see.
